Produced by LA-based Syrian-American comedians Gena B. Jones (Regular, The Hollywood Improv) and Lynn Maleh (TV Writer, Fox), Hilarious Habibis lends a definitively female voice to the Middle Eastern comedy landscape.

About the Comics
Gena B. Jones is a Syrian-Mexican-American comedian, writer and show producer based in Los Angeles. She’s currently a regular at the Hollywood Improv, the Westside Comedy Theater, The Crow, and a plethora of indie venues around LA. At the Improv, she co-produces Hilarious Habibis, a quarterly standup showcase that exclusively features Middle Eastern talent. The show was recently featured in the Netflix Is A Joke Festival, The New York Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, the LA Times, and AlAraby TV.

Lynn Maleh is an Arab-American stand-up comedian and TV writer whose last name means salty, which she is. She’s previously written for Universal Basic Guys on FOX, Act Your Age on Netflix, The Onion, Reductress, and McSweeney’s. She's performed on Netflix Is A Joke Fest, New York Comedy Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest, and a few times in Brad Pitt’s old backyard. She co-created and co-produces Hilarious Habibis, The Hollywood Improv’s first ever stand-up showcase, featuring Arab, Middle Eastern, and North African comics..
